When the matter was called out Shri S.D. Lotlikar, learned Advocate General states that a decision with regard to the subject seats has been taken whereby the vacant seats from All India Quota shall be filled up on the basis of the norms in the NEET Exam held in 2016 from amongst students who are otherwise eligible from the State of Goa. This decision is subject to the direction that may be given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in the matter pending before it.

2. Shri V.A Lawande, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners upon instructions seeks leave to withdraw the above petition. Leave granted. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.
