Ms Pereira, learned counsel for the Applicants states that Mr Dukle's junior informed her telephonically that they would not be objecting to this application. She states that even details of the legal representatives were provided by Mr Dukle's office.

2. Even otherwise the delay is hardly 17 days and the same is sufficiently explained. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. Abatement, if any, is set aside and leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased second Respondent.

3. Ms Pereira points out that the widow of the second Respondent 14th December, 2023

MCA 349 of 2023 is already on record.

4. Necessary amendment to be carried out within three weeks and steps should be taken to serve the legal representatives.
