2. This is an application to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 1. Mr. Lobo points out that this application has been taken as the right to sue survives in the legal representatives as specified in para 4.

3. Accordingly, the application is allowed and leave is granted to bring on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 1 as specified in para 4 of the application.
