3. On perusing the cause shown in the application, a case is made out for condoning the delay of 218 days seeking leave to bring on record the legal representatives of the deceased appellant. Accordingly, the delay is condoned. Abatement, if any, is set aside. The legal representatives of the deceased appellant are permitted to be brought on record.
