Heard Mr. E.O. Mendes, learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner, Mr. D. Lawande, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents and Mr. P. S. Rao, learned Advocate appearing for the proposed Intervenor.

2. Upon hearing the learned Counsel appearing for the respective parties, considering that the subject OBC Certificate is required for the purpose of filing nominations which are to be filed on or before 8th October, 2015, we find it appropriate, without going into the contentions raised in the above Writ Petition, to direct the respondent No.2 to proceed with the hearing fixed today at 3.00 p.m., in connection with the application filed by the petitioner for such an OBC Certificate and dispose of such an application during

WP/777/2015 the course of the day. The parties are at liberty to produce all such documents on which they rely for the purpose of obtaining such a Certificate. All contention of the parties are left open.

3. With the aforesaid directions, the petition stands disposed of.
