i have considered the grounds urged by the applicant in the application for condoning the delay in filing an appeal. It appears that the delay of nine days was on account of internal procedure of the applicant and indisposition of the applicant's advocate. These facts are duly asserted on oath by the applicant which have not been controverted by the respondents. Sufficient ground has been made out for condoning the delay. Hence, the application is allowed and the delay is condoned. Registry to register the appeal.
