Heard Ms. V. Mendonca, learned counsel holding for Mr. Padgaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Devidas J. Pangam, the learned Advocate General with Mr. S. Priolkar, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondents no.1, 2 and 3. 2.

The grievance of the petitioner concerned his posting to a nonteaching post. The Director of Education has now issued an order dated 21.06.2022 transferring and posting the petitioner to Government High School, Dayanandnagar, Dharbandora, Goa. nd June 2022

Ms. Mendonca, on instructions states that with the above order dated 21.06.2022, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed and the petition can accordingly be disposed of.
