Learned Counsel appearing for the respondent nos.1 and 2 has no objection to the application for the condonation of delay and the heirs of the deceased respondent no.7 being brought on record as the proceedings per se had not abated on his demise, the widow being on record before the First Appellate Court.

2. In view thereof, the application is allowed. Applicants to carry out the necessary corrections in the cause title of the Appeal. All objections are otherwise left open.
