This is an application for speaking to the minutes to correct the typographical error in the relief clause no.10(iii) and consequently to delete the respondent no.4 from the directions issued therein.

2. On perusal of the observation at para 8 of the judgment it is clear that the respondent no.4 was not to be included in the relief clause. Hence, the application is allowed.

3. The respondent no.4 stands deleted from the relief clause no.10(iii). Registry to carry out corrections accordingly.
