Mr. Amonkar, learned Counsel for the appellants seeks leave to withdraw the Appeal from Order as he has written instructions of his client to withdraw the appeal. Copy of which is placed on record. Allowed to be withdrawn. Disposed of accordingly. Civil Application would also not survive.

By an interim order dated 12 June 2015 the appellants were directed to deposit in this Court an amount of Rs.5,00,000/-. As urged by the learned Counsel for the appellants, the appellants seek 6th December 2022
6-AO-48-2014.ODT permission to withdraw the said amount along with interest accrued, if any. The learned Counsel for the appellants states that the amounts which were required to be paid to the respondent no.1 have already been paid and the claims of the respondent no.1 stand satisfied. 3.
The learned Counsel for the respondent no.1 on instructions submits that respondent no.1 would not have any objection if the appellant is allowed to withdraw the said amount. 4.
Accordingly, office to do the needful. The appellant is permitted to withdraw the amount along with accrued interest, if any. Necessary action in that regard to be taken within two weeks from today. 5.
Interim application also stands disposed of in above terms. 6.
Disposed of. No costs.
