This is an application to stay the operations of the impugned Order, whereby attachment and sale of the disputed property has been ordered.

2. In the facts and circumstances of the case, the operation of the impugned order is stayed, subject to the applicants depositing in this Court a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- within eight weeks from today. The applicants shall not part with, nor create any third party right in respect of the disputed property, until disposal of the appeal. If the amount is deposited, the Registry is directed to invest it in a fixed deposit, in any nationalised Bank, initially for a period of two years,

CA/169/2014 and the same shall be renewed from time to time, until disposal of the appeal.

3. The application stands disposed of. Liberty to the parties to apply.
