By this application, the Applicant seeks leave to join Mast Amroy Andrew Viegas, minor, as Respondent no.1(h) and to appoint his mother and natural guardian as Respondent no.1(c). 2.

Accordingly, Misc. Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (A), which reads as follows :

"A. Mast Amroy Andrew Viegas may be joined as the party respondent to the appeal and order may be passed appointing Smt. Venuziana Fransquinha Baptista mother as the natural guardian of Master Amroy Andrew Viegas and direction be issued to record the name of Smt.
