Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. This is an application for withdrawal of amount. The Writ Petition No. 676/2011 is already withdrawn as the parties have settled the matter amicably and the consent terms are recorded before the Industrial Tribunal.

3. The learned Counsel for respondent nos. 1, 2 and 3, who are the contesting respondents, on instructions, states that he has no objection for release of the amount.

4. In such circumstances, the application is allowed. The amount deposited by the petitioner in this Court shall be refunded to the

MCA/769/2016 petitioner alongwith interest, if any.
