Learned Counsel for the respondent no.5-Panchayat submits that all the structures except that of respondent no.8 are demolished pursuant to the action taken by the Administrator. So far as the structure which belongs to respondent no.8 is concerned, a petition is pending in this Court. It is assured that action would be taken against the structure in accordance with law.
