Shri E. Afonso, learned Advocate for the respondents submits that though the original appellants have deposited an amount of Rs.8,83,413/- nonetheless the Reference Court had reduced the amount in First Appeal. He has otherwise no objection for the release of the amount which is quantified on the basis of the rate fixed by this Court in the appeal. Registry is directed to release the amount in favour of the applicant. Balance of the amount thereof be refunded to the original appellants.
