Parties through their Counsel. The grievance of the petitioner is that complaint filed by her against an illegal construction carried out by the private respondent is not being decided by the third respondent inspite of lapse of four years.

2. The learned Advocate General, on instructions, submits that the matter is at the final stage and the same shall be decided as expeditiously as possible.

3. Keeping in view the aforesaid statement, we dispose of this petition by directing the third respondent to decide the petitioner's complaint as expeditiously as possible, and

WP/62/2018 preferably within three months from the date of receipt of the certified copy of this order, after giving due opportunity of hearing to all the concerned.

4. The petition stands disposed of.
