By our order dated 11th December, 2017, in the Petition instituted by the Petitioner's father, we had granted liberty to the Petitioner to make a representation to the Chief Secretary, State of Goa and further directed that such representation should be considered in accordance with law.

Mr. Andre Pereira points out that on 28/12/2017, such a representation was, in fact, made by the Petitioner's father. However, till date, such representation has not been disposed of.

Accordingly, we direct the Chief Secretary to dispose of the representation at page 15, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible. In fact, this time we direct the Chief Secretary to dispose of this representation within 15 days from today. 5.
