he petitioners in the present petition are Senior Resident Doctors at Goa Medical College, Bambolim, Goa who have knocked the doors of this Court questioning the validity, correctness, legality and propriety of the impugned Circular dated 03.09.2024. he petitioners have also sought issuance of directions to the respondent no.3 to process the letters for resignation/NOCs submitted by the petitioners and to issue their respective relieving orders and NOCs and consequently to release all their oicial documents. his Court at the stage of admission had directed respondent no.1-State to take instructions as regards the issuance of relieving orders and handing over necessary documents to the petitioner. It is now 12th November, 2024
902-WP-688-2024.DOC informed by the learned AGA for respondent no.1 that petitioners no.1 to 5 have already been relieved and they have also been handed over the necessary documents.

As far as petitioner no.6 - Dr Agasin Medemmal is concerned, petitioner no.6 has received a job ofer issued by Kasturba Medical College, Manipal, Karnataka and has to join a new assignment on or before 15.11.2024. he learned counsel for the petitioner no.6 on instructions makes a statement that petitioner no. 6 is willing to ofer his services to the respondents till 20.11.2024. he statement is accepted. It is open for the respondents to relieve petitioner no.6 on or before 20.11.2024. Learned AGA for respondent no.1 on instructions states that petitioner no.6 will be relieved and necessary documents will also be handed over to him by 20.11.2024. he statement is accepted.

Since all the petitioners are now being relieved, nothing survives in the petition. he same is accordingly disposed of with no costs. NIVEDITA P. MEHTA, J.
