The Petitioners complain about disobedience of the directions contained in our order dated 05.07.2018 regards the disposal of pending proceedings by the third Respondent.

2. The learned Advocate General states that there were some difficulties because of lack of cooperation from the Respondents before the Deputy Collector. The learned AG states that the Deputy Collector will now dispose of the proceedings within four weeks from today.

3. By accepting the statement and directing the Deputy Collector 30th January, 2024
