Mr. J. Supekar, learned Advocate for the petitioner states that the petitioner has deposited the total amount of ₹1 crore as directed by this Court by order dated 09/09/2019 in two installments of ₹50 lakhs each which have been paid on 09/09/2019 and 28/09/2019. He further submits that the ITAT after hearing the petitioner has granted stay of the impugned order passed by the Income Tax Officer(Intl. Taxation, Panaji).
