Heard Mr. Vivek A. Rodrigues, learned Advocate appearing for the applicant and Mr. Joseph Vaz, learned Special Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent no.1.

2. Mr. Vaz, learned Special Public Prosecutor states that presence of the applicant is required in the office of CBI for 10 days for the purpose of investigation.

3. Mr. V. Rodrigues, learned Advocate makes a statement that the applicant will attend the concerned office of the CBI from next Monday i.e.2.11.2015 from 10.00a.m to 1.00p.m. for 10 days and he will co-operate with the investigation and thereafter the applicant will remain present in the office of the respondent no.1 as and when required and directed by the Investigating Officer.

4. In view of these statements of the learned counsel appearing for

CRMAB/234/2015 the applicant as well as the Special Public Prosecutor, nothing survives in this application. However, the applicant is directed not to interfere with the investigation in any manner and to co-operate with the investigating agency.

5. In view of the said statements, present application stands disposed of.
