Initially, the appellants filed a First Appeal. The registry raised certain objections and kept the appeal under stamp number. As the appellants did not cure the defects within the time the registry granted, that resulted in the dismissal of the appeal. Later, with certain delay, the appellants have applied to have the un-numbered first appeal restored. In the delay condonation application, notice was ordered.

2. Now the record reveals that the parties have been served, but none has entered appearance.

3. Under these circumstances, I condone the delay and restore the un-numbered First Appeal to file. It is for the appellant to cure the defects in the next two weeks and have it numbered.
