2. By this application, the applicant i.e. State has prayed for condonation of delay of 12 days in filing revision against the order dated 14/08/2014 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Mapusa, thereby discharging the respondents in respect of offence under Section 302 r/w. Section 34 of I.P.C. but directing that the charge be framed against them under Section 304 Part II.
3. In view of the reasons stated in the application and in the interest
CRMA/289/2014 of justice, the application is allowed. Delay is condoned.
4. The Revision Application be registered.
