Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioner states that he has received written instructions to withdraw the Petition to approach the State Government with a representation as he states that the State government has power for regularisation of the services if a stipulated period is completed by those who are working on temporary/contract basis. It is open for the Petitioner to do. If a representation is made by the Petitioner within a period of two weeks, State will consider the same as per law and as per decisions of the Apex Court.
