Heard the learned Counsel for the parties.

2. This is an application for extension of time. By an order dated 31.07.2017 in Miscellaneous Civil Application No. 622/2017, time of eight weeks was granted to the applicants in order to enable the applicants to raise the finance and/or to deposit the amount.

3. It is submitted on behalf of the applicants that they have already approached a Financial Institution and are in process of

MCA/782/2017 completing the necessary formalities. In order to show bonafides, the applicants have paid a total amount of Rs.1 crore to the respondents, out of which, Rs.99 lakhs is paid by way of Demand Drafts and Rs.1 lakh by Cheque. The applicants undertake that the cheque would be honoured.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the parties and looking to the fact that the applicants have already approached a Financial Institution and have shown bonafides by paying an amount of Rs.1 crore to the respondents/decree holders, the time as fixed by order dated 31.07.2017 is extended by a period of eight weeks. This is without prejudice to the rival contentions of the parties. The said payment is subject to further orders of this Court. Liberty to apply.
