2. This is an application for speaking to the minutes of order dated 28.08.2015. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants has pointed out that there is typographical error in para 3 of the order dated 28.08.2015 passed in M.C.A. No. 358 of 2015 which is required to be corrected.

3. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.3 has no objection. Hence, order dated 28.08.2015 stands corrected by adding

MCA/712/2015 prayer clause (b) at line 4 of para 3 before prayer clauses (c),(d) and (e). Registry to carry out necessary corrections.
