4. Ms. Mordekar, learned Addl. Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submits that the Appeal proposal is pending before the Government. Registry is directed to calculate the amount payable to the applicant and pay accordingly on undertaking of the applicant that in case the respondents succeed in the appeal, the applicant will deposit the entire amount before this Court.
