This Miscellaneous Civil Application is filed for placing Writ Petition No. 1016 of 2017 for hearing at the end of the admission board since similar orders were passed on 09.08.2023, however, the matter has gone off the board.

2. The learned Counsel for the Applicant submits that she has already handed over the copy of this Application to the learned Counsel appearing for the Respondents.

3. On 09.08.2023, the order was passed that the Petition be listed for final hearing at the bottom of the admission board. Though the 10th October, 2024

MCA 424 of 2024 matter was placed, it has gone off the board. Accordingly, the matter is required to be placed at the end of the admission board till the same is disposed of.

4. Place this matter at the end of the admission board in the week commencing from 18.11.2024.
