Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The limited relief sought for in the aforesaid petition is as under ;

a) For a Writ of Mandamus, Order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, or any other appropriate Writ, commanding the Respondent No.1 to 4 to act in accordance with the provisions of the Said Scheme, and to dispose off the Petitioner's application dated 23/06/2021 and 22/07/2021 made to the Respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 3, in accordance with law within a stipulated time.' 3.

Mr. Chintamani Perni, Administrator of The Sanjivani Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana Ltd., respondent No.2 is present in person. He states that the petitioner's application dated 23.06.2021 will be decided by them as expeditiously as possible and in any event within 4 weeks from today. Statement accepted. Considering that this is the only relief sought for by the petitioner, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed.
