This is an application for expeditious hearing of First Appeal filed by the applicant/original respondent no.1.

2. The learned counsel appearing for respondent no.1 has no objection to allow the above application. On perusal of the contents of the application, it appears that the relief claimed by the applicant is to the extent of urgent hearing.
