This application is moved on behalf of the original complainant seeking to intervene in the present Writ Petition. Attention of this Court is invited to an order dated 17.3.2021 passed in a similar application filed on behalf of the applicant(original complainant), to intervene in the companion Writ Petition i.e Writ Petition No.86/2018. By the said order the prayer of the applicant for intervening in the matter was granted.

The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Public Prosecutor appearing for the State have invited attention of this Court to the prayer clauses in the present application. It is submitted by the learned Public Prosecutor that while there could be no objection for granting prayer clause(a) i.e. permitting the applicant to intervene in the present Writ Petition, other payers clauses are beyond the scope of the present application.

This Court has perused the application. Since, the applicant is original complainant in the present matter, there ought not be any impediment in granting prayer clause(a). 4.

In view of the above, application is allowed only in terms of prayer clause(a). Consequent amendment to be carried out by the petitioner within a period of two weeks from today.

Application stands disposed of.
