2. By this application, the applicants, who the appellants in F.A. No. 72/2014 have prayed for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 9. A copy of the death certificate of respondent no. 9 has been produced which shows that he died on 13/09/2014. The legal representatives are named in paragraph 3 of the application.

3. Since the application has been filed within the prescribed time limit, the same is allowed. The legal representatives of deceased respondent no. 9 named in paragraph no. 3 of the application shall be

MCA/32/2015 brought on record in F.A.No. 72/2014 as also Civil Application No. 124/2014. Amendment to be carried out within two weeks.
