Heard Mr Bhobe, learned counsel for the appellant and Mr Desai learned Counsel for the respondent. Though present application was filed for cancellation of bail granted to the respondent no.1, Mr Bhobe submits that trial has already commenced and present application was filed in the year 2021. Therefore, Petitioner is not pressing for the present application.
