i have considered the grounds set out in the application. It appears that the applicants were prevented on genuine grounds and circumstances beyond their control from pursuing the remedy of appeal and that of bringing the legal representatives on record. In view thereof, the delay in bringing the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no.1 on record and setting aside the abatement is allowed.

The application stands disposed off.
