By this application, the applicant seeks the following reliefs : " a. Delay if any in bringing the legal heirs / representative of the Petitioners be condoned;

9-MCA-270-21.DOC b. The legal heirs/representatives as stated in paragraph No. 6 , 7 and 8 hereinabove of deceased Respondents No.7, 10(b) and 18(b)(ii) be permitted to be brought on record in Writ Petition No. 313/2021 and necessary amendment be allowed in the cause-title of the writ petition.

c. That the Respondent No. 10(b)(i) be appointed as the guardian of Respondent (10)(b)(ii).

d. That the Respondents No. 7, 10(b), 18(b) (ii) be permitted to be marked as deceased.

For the reasons set out in the application, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) to (d), as aforesaid. 3.

Amendment to be carried out within two weeks. Application is accordingly disposed of.
