Shri P. Dangui, learned Addl. Govt. Advocate submits that in the meanwhile a new committee has already elected to the subject Devasthan in terms of Devasthan Regulation Act.

2. None appears for the petitioners today. On the last date of hearing none appeared for the petitioners and an opportunity was given.

3. It appears that the petitioners are not interested to proceed with the above petition, as it appears that the petition has become infructuous. It is pointed out by the learned Addl. Govt. Advocate that as a new committee has been elected the appointment of the Ad-hoc committee by the respondent no.1 would no longer survive in view of the changed circumstances. Petition stands accordingly dismissed for non prosecution.
