2. The Applicant has sought liberty to serve Respondent no. 1(b) by publication. In the application, the Applicant has stated that Respondent no. 2, the mother of Respondent no. 1(b) has refused to cooperate with the Applicant in giving the addresses of Respondent no. 1(b) and 1(c) who have remained unserved. This being a sufficient reason, the Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a).
