2. This is an application for review of the judgment and order dated 17/07/2003 passed by this Court (F. I. Rebello, J.) in CRA No.205/2001, by which while setting aside the order dated 24/01/2001, the defendant was directed to lead his evidence, if he so desires. The suit appears to be initially dismissed as far as back on 17/04/1964. It is not known as to what is the stage of the said suit after the order dated 17/07/2003 was passed. In any event, as none appears for the applicant, Civil Application (Review) is dismissed, in default, with no order as to costs.
