2. Mr. Lotlikar, learned Senior Advocate for the applicants seeks leave to withdraw this Misc. Civil Application, since the same appears to have been mistakenly filed in the present petition, when in fact, the same should have been filed in Writ Petition No. 218 of 2015, wherein decree for eviction has been stayed pending hearing and final disposal of the said petition.

3. Accordingly, leave is granted to withdraw this Misc. Civil Application with liberty to file the same in Writ Petition No. 218 of

MCA/792/2015 2015.

4. This Misc. Civil Application is disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
