2. The applicant is allowed to deposit the fine amount before this Court within a period of one week. Hence, the substantive sentence imposed upon the applicant by the J.M.F.C.,Pernem and confirmed by the Additional Sessions Judge, Mapusa, is hereby suspended till disposal of the Revision Application. The bail bond furnished by the applicant under Section 437(a) of the Criminal Procedure Code to continue till disposal of the Revision Application.
