By this application, the Applicant seeks his impleadment as party respondent in the aforesaid PILWP with a further opportunity of being heard in the said petition.

Learned Counsel appearing for the original Petitioner in the aforesaid PILWP has no objection. Accordingly, application is allowed. 3.

The Petitioner in the aforesaid PILWP to implead the Applicant as party Respondent No.10. Amendment to be carried out forthwith. A soft copy of the aforesaid PILWP to be served on the newly added Respondent No.10. The newly added Respondent No.10 is at liberty to file affidavit in reply in the Registry on or before 06.12.2021 with an advance copy to the learned Counsel for the Petitioner.
