Applicant has prayed for release of his passport which came to be seized by the respondent pursuant to an order passed by this Court on 18.12.2014. It is contended that passport of the applicant is due to expire on 8.10.2019.

2. It is submitted by Mr. Rivankar, learned Public Prosecutor that investigation in this case is complete and chargesheet will be filed shortly. It is submitted that if the passport is released, the applicant be directed that after its renewal it should be deposited with the Investigating Agency.

3. Prayer clause (a) is granted. After renewal the applicant shall handover the passport to the Investigating Agency within

CRMA/233/2019 seven days of its receipt.

4. In view of the above, application stands disposed of.

5. All concerned to act on the basis of authenticated copy of this order.
