This petition challenges the order dated 31.10.2013, passed by the learned Administrative Tribunal in Panchayat Election Petition No. 12/2012. By the impugned order, the application filed by the petitioner (respondent no. 1 before the Tribunal) for examining the original respondent no. 5 (Returning Officer/ Mamlatdar), as a witness has been dismissed. In the said Election Petition, the election of the petitioner as a member of the Village Panchayat, Keri, Pernem, is subject matter of challenge.

2. Shri Godinho, the learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the tenure of the petitioner has come to an end and as such, nothing survives in the petition.
