This is an application for withdrawal of the compensation deposited in the Court in the amount of Rs.91,18,195/- and Rs.28,01,208/-.

2. Ms. Kamat, learned Additional Government Advocate for the respondent submits that the appeal was valued at Rs.28,01,208/- for the purpose of calculating the Court fees. In view thereof, the applicant is allowed to withdraw 50% of the deposited amount.

3. This is without prejudice to the rights of the respondent to

MCA/894/2014 pursue the appeal before the Hon'ble Apex Court.
