Mr. Usgaonkar for the Petitioners and Mr. Menezes for the Respondent point out that in pursuance of the Judgment and Order dated 28 March 2018, in Writ Petition No.853 of 2017, the Petitioners have already been issued the construction licence by the Village Panchayat of Curtorim.

2. In view of the aforesaid, both the parties submit that the grievance in the present petition no longer survives. Accordingly, they request that this Petition may be disposed of.

3. This Petition is, accordingly, disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
