On 7 December 2017 the following order was passed. "Mr. P. Arolkar appears for the heirs of the Respondent No.16(a), except Respondent No.16(c). It is submitted that the Respondent No.16(c) is not staying along with other heirs of the Respondent No.16(a). Therefore, the Applicants will have to serve the Respondent No.16(c). The Applicants will give notice of this Application to the Respondent No.16(c)
