1. Heard Ms. Agni, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioners and learned Advocate General for respondent nos. 1 to 3. During the pendency of this petition, the petitioners were appointed by an order dated 30/10/2018 which is at page 189 of paper book and order dated 31/10/2018 at page 191 of the paperbook. There have been subsequent developments. Writ Petition No. 568/2012 and Writ Petition No. 616/2012 are now disposed of by an order dated 12/02/2024 passed by this Court. In view of the disposal of Writ Petition Nos. 568/2012 and 616/2012 and having regard to the nature of the order passed, now the embargo contained in the order dated 30/10/2018 that the appointment 17th February, 2025

WP 947 of 2016 order is subject to the outcome of orders in Writ Petition Nos. 568/2012 and 616/2012, no longer survives. The appointment orders dated 30/10/2018 and 31/10/2018 at page 189 and 191 of the paperbook, therefore, shall stand as Writ Petition No. 568/2012 and Writ Petition No. 616/2012 are disposed of. Nothing therefore survives for further consideration in this petition. The appointment orders stand.
