2. This is a petition, inter alia, seeking direction to dispose of proceedings No.17/13/2006/Resurvey/DC-II pending before the respondent no.2 expeditiously.

3. It is also pointed out that an application for restoration is also pending before such Authority. The reason for seeking such direction is that the petitioner is a Senior Citizen, more than 77 years old and as such, desires that the said proceedings be decided expeditiously. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents has submitted that the case is otherwise fixed on 26th November, 2015. But however, the respondent no.2 desires to pre-pone the date of hearing to 29th October, 2015 at 10.00 a.m. The said date of such

WP/806/2015 hearing is notified to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

4. Hence, the petition stands disposed of by directing the respondent no.2 to dispose of Case no.17/13/2006/Resurvey/DC-II along with other all applications pending in such proceedings after hearing the parties, as expeditiously as possible, and in any event on or before 31st December, 2015, in accordance with law.
