By this Writ Petition, the Petitioner has sought a writ mandamus to Respondent No. 2 to comply with the Order dated 26 October 2017.

The learned Counsel for the Petitioner states that while the Petition was pending, in an appeal filed by the Respondent no. 3, the Additional Director of Panchayats has granted an interim order. Since the dispute now is pending before the Additional Director where the Petitioner is also a party, at this stage we are not inclined to entertain this Writ Petition further. We keep the rights of the Petitioner open,
