2. This is an application to modify the Judgment passed by this Court dated 27th August, 2015. By consent of the learned Counsel, as well as the learned Government Advocate, the name of Mr. Pandharinath S. Bodke, referred to in clause 5 of the Minutes of

MCA/733/2015 Order, stands substituted by "Shri V. T. Adkonkar, District Registrar, North, at Panaji, and assistants as he deems fit". Clause 6 of the Minutes of Order also stands modified and the date 15th October, 2015 is substituted by 15th December, 2015.

3. The District Registrar to act on duly authenticated copy of this order.
